Common Questions
Do you travel to locations outside Harare?
Yes. We cover events and shoots across Zimbabwe. Travel outside Harare is quoted separately based on distance and project scope.
What's your deposit policy?
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking date. The remainder is due on the day of the shoot or on delivery — whichever comes first.
Can I commission just post-production work?
Absolutely. If you have raw footage or photos from another shoot, we can handle editing, colour grading, and delivery-ready formatting.
How do I receive my final files?
Via a private online gallery link with high-resolution downloads. Files are kept available for 30 days after delivery.
Do prices change for larger events?
For multi-day events, large corporate productions, or ongoing retainer arrangements we build a custom quote. Contact us to discuss.
